• Interpret plans and estimate costs and quantities of materials needed.
• Plan construction methods and procedures.
• Study building contract documents.
• Control preparation of cost estimates and the documentation for contract bids.
• Directing the professional Consultants and assuming responsibility for the timely delivery of the Project through the pre and post tender stages and within agreed cost parameters.
• Over-all responsibility of the project and single point of contact for consultant & contractor.
Qualifications:
-Minimum 8 years of experience in the construction field
- BSC civil engineering preferably construction.
-Proficiency working on the computer (Excel - Word - AutoCAD - Primavera)
